Everything under the Sun: Kendel's Summer

Hi friends! My name is Kendel Jones, and I am an Interpersonal Communication major in my senior year at the Univer

sity of Texas at Austin! After transferring colleges twice, I truly did not know if graduation was in the cards...but here we are! Graduating! On time nonetheless (thank the gods). Some fun quirks of mine include an emotional attachment to my spirit color, mustard yellow, and that I am a native Austinite. This year I am stoked to serve as an Outreach Coordinator for Dance Action, alongside Lindsay Ball and Kailond Bronson-Smith!

In the name of productivity, I decided to complete my blog post early (as I type this 23 minutes past the deadline). What I failed to piece together is that every event of mine worth dedicating a blog post to will not happen for another few weeks. In the meantime, here are some pictures I've snapped of friends, family, and an incomparable Texas sunset. 

My summer will consist of taking 4 summer session courses, working, reading as many books for pleasure as my eyeballs can stand, and retaining some semblance of a social life. I will also be traveling to Chattanooga Tennessee, New York City, and possibly France & Switzerland. Sleep will fall in there somewhere. Look, we made it!
